When I have time, rant about the stage play Matlida and how devistatingly dissapointing it was. The script writers really should've read the book or at loast watched the movie >.<

No time today though!
I'm all moved into new home..
Busy times at the moment leading me into a week of unknown holidaying for my birthday!

Progress

I am optimistic that today was the beginning of the end to my recent limbo.

I had 2 job interviews this week. Both on the same day - only had to groom myself the once, score! They were both positive, and no, not in libraries!

I've said it on here before, and here I go again.. I had a trial shift in a bar.. I pulled my first pint tonight! I'm back working again in a few days. Here's hoping it'll develop into something solid.

In other news.. myself, WeZ and housemate Kev are collecting keys to our new home tomorrow!! :D Can't wait to live in London! Good riddance long hours of tube n bus rides home.

She is mint, beautiful and ironically titled Isolation.

Further more, the track I bought it for is titled Stranger in Town.

Woke up today with a head full of home. Miss it dearly, indeedy I do !
It's nice to know you few still check in.. Sadly not much to report. I'm in a weird job searching limbo waiting to move.

This week, hunting aside, I went to a Slash gig...

Did some gardening, aka had a cat fight with 50 blackberry bushes,
And had a perve at Magic Mike upon the boys bizarre request. I honestly had nothing to do with the movie choice but comfortably tollerated 2 hours of so called cinematic 'talent'.

8 months since I quit my job !

V's Birthday Weekend before her birthday weekend!

I've been holding off on this post as I'm yet to get the mighty photo collection off V.

Dunno when that'll be.. so I'll make do with what I got 'cause it's gettin' kinda boring!
One big weekend, 3 parts.

PART 1: AFL Grand final night/morning.

Syd vs Hawks.. I go for Tigers so needless to say my suspense levels weren't through the roof.
But! None the less!
We pre-drank, we played a drunken rant of terrible power ballads and shuffled the hours away in V's kitchen.
Come 4am, pub time. The pub was kinda boring which sucked as it was WeZ's first AFL experience. Fail. We definitely peaked about 1am! The best part of paying entry to the pub was the free VB beer mat I knicked and hearing a bunch of drunks belt out our national anthem. About the only time my ears have ever enjoyed it!

PART 2: REFLEX! aka 80's club in London

A 3 way birthday celebration for a bunch o' 80's babies.

Fun group of people and the music was spectacular!

(I would say that.. 80's be my favourite!)

PART 3: Boys, beers and an Om gig
Caught up with a bunch o' lovely Irishmen, hi!
Kicked back in the pub.. beers, food, then the gig. I'd never heard of them but was sold by the end (the band that is) Proper stoner rock. Calmest, most patient crowd ever! With one...solid... head nod.. after.... the other...

 Good craic!

After such a booze filled weekend, me and my poor liver made a deal to have a vegie diet for the week! Detox!
Today is Wednesday, I made pancakes for breakfast, and they were delightful.
