A night at paddy's house

After an epic count down,  it's finally the weekend I'm seeing Toto!

As it's in Dublin, we took an extra day off work and visited Paddy.
We filled our day with Newgrange and planetarium visits topped off with backyard buckfast, a bap visit, bbq, banter and a beautiful sunset. Great night, off to Toto thisevening 

... my last night in Be At One back in August.

 

We've been in the south for 6 months now.

I miss small parts of my London life, aside from the manic travel hours.. the south just doesn't do cocktails quite the same!

Dreadfully lazy

How slack of me.. erm.. Happy new year!?
It's Feb 17th and I haven't blogged at all this year.


Quite the significant week this week, I left for the UK on the 11th of Feb 3 years ago.

I've been home once in the last 3 years.

Am still working on earning a mint to change that travel frequency!

That also makes my shaggy locks 3 years old too!
As you can tell, selfies are my strong point.

I make a pretty decent pineapple. Sideshow Bob's got nothin'.

 

They're getting heeeeavy now. If I put them in a bun of any sort, it's the size of a whole 'nother head.

Dunno what point it'll get to for me to chop them. I always said when they reach my bum, but now they're there.. nup. They help keep me cosy in the cold!

I imagine an Aussie summer in years to come might compel me to reach for the scissors.

Yesterday myself n Wez farewelled the folks for another year and caught a train up the coast to Belfast.

Belfast delivered a lovely time as usual.

Caught up with mates.. Food, wine, vynil, chats.. Splendid!
